Interested in Baptism?

Christian baptism by immersion (Acts 8:36-39) is the solemn and beautiful testimony of a believer publicly professing faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior, and union with Him in death to sin and resurrection to a new life (Romans 6:1-11). It is also a sign of fellowship and identification with the visible Body of Christ (Acts 2:41-42).

Baptismal Request & Membership Application

Please complete this form and submit it to the church office no later than February 22nd. After your application has been submitted, an interview will be scheduled prior to your baptism being scheduled. When you are baptized here at Clearcreek Chapel, you also become a member.
